Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or booking a photography session with Nathan Martin Photography. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Print Sales

• All wildlife photography prints are made to order. Prices vary based on size and format (mounted, framed, canvas, or square canvas).

• A full price list is available on the website.

• Custom or bespoke sizes may be available upon request — please contact me to discuss options.

• Payment is required in full at the time of order.

• Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be added at checkout or confirmed in your quote.

 

Delivery:

Please allow 5–10 working days for your order to be printed and dispatched. You will be notified when your item is shipped and provided with tracking details.

 

3. Pet Photography Sessions

• Sessions are available for dogs, cats, and other pets within Essex and surrounding areas. Travel outside this area may incur an additional fee.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

• You must inform me in advance of any behavioural or health issues that may affect your pet’s comfort or safety during the session.

• You are responsible for your pet’s welfare during the shoot.

• I reserve the right to postpone or cancel a session in the event of unsafe weather conditions, illness, or emergency. In this case, your session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Print Orders:

As prints are made to order, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this point, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

 

Photography Sessions:

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. I will always try to accommodate changes where possible. In the case of no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours), your deposit may be forfeited.

 

5. Image Rights & Usage

 

All images taken remain the property of Nathan Martin Photography and are protected under UK copyright law.

• You may use your purchased images for personal use only.

• Images may not be sold, altered, edited, or used commercially without written permission.

• I reserve the right to use any photographs taken during a session (including pet portraits) for promotional purposes, portfolio use, website galleries, and social media unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing before the shoot.

 

If you do not wish your images to be shared publicly, please inform me in advance.

 

6. Returns & Damages

 

I take great care in packaging all orders, but if your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the damage will be required to process a replacement. Returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or damaged.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

I will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from use of this website, your order, or your photo session. In any case, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

 

8. Privacy & Data

 

Your personal information is handled in accordance with my [Privacy Policy]. I will never sell or share your data without your consent.

 

9. Amendments

 

I reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
